Thermal system for a new flexible composite tank

چکیده
A flexible thermal insulation system is proposed in this study, which considers the application and promotion of composite materials field marine engineering. This designed to provide a cost-effective convenient solution for avoiding impurity precipitation formation wax plugs caused by extremely low temperature during mining, transportation, storage oil. The includes two main parts: layer heating source. In accordance with laws thermodynamics primary characteristics structure, different systems were model tests performed compare performance efficiency, insulation, distribution under identical environmental conditions. Compared plan 1 system, 2 has lower requirements power, more uniform inside difference only 7.18°C between highest lowest temperatures.
